Refund policy

Care Instructions

For easy day-to-day maintenance of your Cushion:
Brush off loose dirt.
Spray on a cleaning solution of water and mild soap.
Use a soft bristle brush to clean.
Allow cleaning solution to soak into the fabric.
Rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed.
Air dry.

Machine wash cold
Wash Inside out
Mild detergent
Do not bleach
Wash on delicate
Tumble dry low or hang dry

Production Timeline & Policy

Our standard production lead time is approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on material availability. For larger or more complex projects, please allow additional weeks based off of the project size.

Custom Order Policy:

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. Materials are ordered specifically for your project at the time of purchase and cannot be repurposed.

Once payment is made, it serves as a binding agreement between The Sew Shack LLC and the client, unless both parties mutually agree in writing to cancel the order.

All vendor and logistics payments are processed through secure and verifiable platforms such as QuickBooks.
